Herbal remedy

Under the amendment (4 November 2005/853) to the Medicines Act (395/87), the concept of Herbal remedy has been removed and current Herbal remedies will now fall into one of the following groups, depending on the product:

Herbal medicinal product
Traditional herbal medicinal product
Other medicinal product with a marketing authorisation
Homeopathic or anthroposophic product
